site planning, site investigations including zoning requirements
and availability of utilities, preparation of plans, specifications,
and estimates for construction, and permit application preparation.
All work is performed under the personal supervision of a registered professional
engineer. Northwestern Engineering Consultants, P.C. is currently registered as a
professional design firm in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, and engineers in the
firm are also personally licensed as professional engineers in Florida, Ohio, and Colorado.
The firm has the ability to become registered in other states as required. In addition,
they are registered land surveyors in Illinois.
Northwestern Engineering Consultants have been in business since 1984. In 2013,
the company moved to an upgraded corporate headquarters facility in Palatine, Illinois.
We have considerable experience in the area of land development, having done the complete
civil engineering design for several residential and industrial subdivisions, in addition
to numerous large and small commercial sites. We have also been involved in projects that
include the renovation of previously developed sites for new uses.
